Agreement to Terms By creating an account, accessing any Vayati realm (Haven, JCastaway Vault, Weave Hub, Inscribe, or associated services), or continuing to use the platform after notice of updated terms, you agree to these Terms of Service. **Acceptance methods:** clickwrap at registration, explicit acknowledgment where presented, or continued use after material-change notice per §12. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. --- ## 2. The Service Vayati provides a cross-realm creative platform for relics, weaves, characters, quests, and legacy expression. User Content ### 5.1 Your Content You retain ownership of content you create and upload, subject to the license below. ### 5.2 License to Vayati You grant Vayati a **limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license** to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and technically process your content solely as necessary to: - Operate the platform across realms (Auth, Vault, Weave Hub, Haven) - Enforce the AUP and moderation workflows - Provide provenance, discovery, and cross-realm continuity - Comply with legal obligations This license ends when your content is deleted from active systems, except where retention is required for audit, legal compliance, quarantine review, or backup cycles as described in the Privacy Policy. ### 5.3 Your Responsibility You are solely responsible for your content and conduct. You represent and warrant that your content does not violate the AUP, applicable law, or third-party rights. --- ## 6. Vayati does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation. Cross-realm features depend on multiple services; temporary unavailability may occur. --- ## 8. Limitation of Liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: - Vayati shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages - Total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the platform shall not exceed **the greater of (a) amounts you paid Vayati in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100)** Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted. --- ## 9.
